Policy on Returns and Refunds

For any items collected for free at no cost, and you’d like to return them, please follow our ‘Relisting’ steps to allow another member of the community to collect the item. If the item is damaged or no longer usable, kindly notify the EcoTots team.

If you’ve purchased an item and discover defects that were not disclosed, you must notify the Seller upon receiving the item and choose to either:

  1. Return the item: You may return the defective item within 7 calendar days from the date of receiving it. Arrangements for returning the item should be made directly between the Buyer and Seller.
  2. Request a refund: You can request a refund and return the item. This option is not available if the defect is due to improper handling by the Buyer. Please inform the EcoTots team, and we will assist in facilitating the refund process.
